Project Description

The EU R&D projects require a considerable amount of professional work for the bureaucracy in preparation of the proposals, managing the projects, reporting the advancement etc. In practice, this is mainly carried out by individuals whose education is for research and sciences.

In order to get better fit with the professional know-how and the work, it is proposed that an office with good know-how for the EU project management should be founded. For planning such an operation a feasibility study of issues related to the starting the office has been conducted. The study showed clearly that a domestic service office is needed. The users for such an office will be both major ICT companies and SMEs.

Practical actions have been started with an existing enterprise Culmentor Ltd. and networking activities for supporting SMEs are included in the collaboration between Culmentor and Dimes.
